Welcome

In 1776 the American colonies sent to King George an outline of the many  atrocities that had been heaped upon the colonies and used these as a defense to break away from England and become an independent nation unto themselves.  This seminal declaration would be the foundation that was used to create a more perfect union, which created a nation where men were free to worship as they may, defend themselves against incursion, protect them from the very state which they had established.  As this fledgling nation took flight it truly created an opportunity for men to experience life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  It created an environment which would become the American Dream!

Fast forward a little more than 230 years and that dream is under attack, the Constitution is seen more as a stumbling block to change and reform than it is as a triumphant document of government for and by the people.  This vision of our founding document and philosophy is held by many politicians and bureaucrats, regardless of political party or persuasion.  The American people however still envision an American Dream, the opportunity to become the best that they possibly can.  They want a government that protects everyone's interest and not just the special interests.  Whether they express it or not, they want an America that holds true to the Constitution, an America that doesn't forget why she declared her independence from a tyrannical government that had given up even the facade of representative rule.  This is The American Declaration!
